INTRODUCTION

Porsche's second generation Boxster with PDK transmission, codename 987, has been redesigned to a more powerful, supersports coupe by altering the engine displacement, increasing it and introducing its new PDK transmission making the car smoother for the road but more agressive for the track. Xcentric's full system including headers changes the car characteristics from an everyday road coupe to an everyday performance machine with a distinctive high pitched exhaust note in the upper range and an aggressive growl in the lower range.
