BMW 320/328 GT (F30)

INTRODUCTION

Introduced in 2011, the BMW 3 serie GT offers the practicality of a saloon within the side of a sedan. Under the skin, the 3 serie's steel monocoque construction is adapted, and its light alloy MacPherson strut, multi-link suspension is applied – the latter tuned, says BMW, for greater touring stability than directional agility, in line with the car's badging..

With the addition of the Xcentric exhaust, the sound of the car is transformed. The usually peaceful 2.0T becomes raspy and loud at high RPM but stays relatively silent at idle. It also adds 12 HP and 15 Nm of torque. We advise to do ECU tuning after installation of the exhaust. On our demo car, the stage 1 of ECU tuning could bring an extra 30 HP!
